Brenda Novak's Annual Online Auction for Diabetes Research-Auction Open Now!
New York Times Bestselling Author Brenda Novak specializes in happy endings, and she’s hoping to help provide a happy ending for the 350 million people worldwide that suffer from diabetes. She says, “Ten years ago, when my youngest son was diagnosed with Type 1, I wanted to do some fundraising for research, to help him and everyone else in the same situation. I just didn’t know how to go about it—or where I’d find the time. I had five kids at home and some very tight book deadlines. Then I attended a silent auction at a local elementary school and realized that I could do a similar event on my website, where I could invite the people who visit me on the web to join in my efforts.”

Teaching Children How To Love Themselves
Have your child stand in front of a mirror and say loving things to him or herself.
For example, you can ask them to say, "I really love my eyes."
"I really love the way I smile." "I love myself!"
You can stand next to them and say the same things about yourself as you look in the mirror with them demonstrating how to express gratitude for yourself.

All things are reality
Daily Law of Attraction Quotation
Is it reality, or is it not reality? All things are reality. Even if only one is imagining it, it is a reality in that the thought has been offered and someone, who has the ability to translate that vibration, will perceive it. It must be fair to say that anything that can be perceived must be reality. Because, as creators, your reality depends upon what you are willing to imagine and allow.

Prevent a SUGAR habit
By NADINE, N.D., C.N.S
Creating RESULTS Holistic Center
Hello and thank you for reading another edition in the sugar series. This article addresses ways on preventing a sugar habit, especially while raising children. Heartfelt thanks and humble gratitude go out to each of you who contributed to this offering of possible solutions for others to explore. As with anything I write, should you as the reader find value in this information, please feel free to share it with another. If this is not for you, a simple thank you I pass, is acceptable.
A habit can be defined as an established disposition or practice, meaning it is settled, ingrained, and recurrent. A habit is often unconscious and can be difficult to give up. What is clear with a habit is the behavior or activity was acquired through frequent repetition. If something is done repetitively, an addiction to that behavior or item is formed. As a Nutrition Specialist, when I see what I term as a sugar addiction, years of frequent repetition have occurred. Some of my clients repeat their habit or addiction in public, others hide their behavior. With any form of abuse, common identifiers can include words like hide, dishonest, punish, belittle, anger, lack of trust, self-hatred paired with a low self-esteem.
While exploring ways to prevent sugar addiction and/or sugar abuse, an opportunity exists to create frequent repetition

This corporation created Agent Orange and other poisons. And they are now asking for immunity from lawsuits when people get sick from the GMO food they've created.

Inner Power And Inner Beauty Is What Really Matters
Stacy was sitting in a doctors office this past Friday and saw this awesome quote in Parent and Child Magazine. There was no author mentioned so we are just crediting the magazine. It was so perfectly stated we just had to share!
"Balance your communication. There's nothing wrong with admiring your son's strength or your daughter's beauty. But don't forget to be just as enthusiastic about their creativity, kindness or ingenuity. Doing so allows them to know that in their most important relationships (now and in the future), it's their inner power and beauty that will really matter." ~ Parent And Child Magazine
